Another part of our job is to make sure our orders are packaged up in a safe and secure way. We post a lot of our orders as well as hand deliver. As you can see, we make sure everything looks pretty for when it arrives to you. To make it easier, we label the different elements of your order so you know exactly what is what. Everything is wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with branded stickers to add to your unboxing experience. We also include a personalised note on a compliment card to say a big thank you for purchasing from a small business. Finally everything is wrapped in bubble wrap and fitted into a cardboard box to keep everything compact.
We use DPD or Royal Mail for posting our orders and we make sure to update you on your order every step of the way. We also offer free delivery to customers who live within a 10 mile radius.
