HOW TO ORDER

Your order will be processed, designed, produced, packaged and dispatched

by Katie so if you have any questions, please drop us a message.

​From the start of the design process to receiving your finished

wedding stationery, the estimated timescales are:

 

4-6 weeks for 'Before the Day' and 'On the Day' stationery

*Please order at least 2 months before you you need your finished prints

Find your favourite design from our collection or request a bespoke design.

COMPLETE ORDER FORM

When you are ready to place your order, we will send over an order form for you to fill out. Once you have sent back the form to us, we will then start designing your stationery.

FINAL PROOF & PAYMENT

The final proof will be sent to you so that you can check through for any errors or spelling mistakes. Once you have approved the design, we will send over the invoice for your order. After receiving payment, we will send your order to print.

DESIGN ALTERATIONS

We are happy to make alterations to the design such as changes to colours and typefaces. We offer 3 digital proofs to ensure everything is perfect for you.

Any further proofs will be charged at £15 an hour.​

DELIVERY

We will notify you when your order is ready for posting. The price of postage will be added onto your invoice. We also offer free delivery within 10 miles of Emsworth.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERING & PROOFS

  • Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for your order to be completed. In peak seasons this lead time may be longer. It is best to get in touch as early as possible to ensure we can complete your order in time. Invitation stationery should be ordered at least 8 weeks before you plan on posting them out, and 'on the day' stationery should be ordered at least 8 weeks prior to the big day itself.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are ordering the correct number of products for your wedding. We will aim to help with this where possible. Remember to order 'Before the Day' stationery (Save the Dates, Invitations etc.) per household rather than per guest. We recommend ordering around 10% extra of each product to allow for additional guests.

  • At the stage of ordering you will be sent an order form and an information pack to guide you with the wording for your wedding stationery as well as a copy of our terms and conditions.

  • Once the order form has been sent back to us, we will start designing your wedding stationery. Proofs will be delivered in PDF form via e-mail within 3 working days. 

  • On receiving your PDF proofs, please check thoroughly for any mistakes or changes. We offer 3 digital proofs to ensure any errors and spelling mistakes are corrected. Any further proofs will be charged at £15 an hour.

  • It is essential that any errors and spelling mistakes are found at this stage. By approving these proofs you are confirming you are 100% happy for printing to commence. Daisy Dots will not be held accountable for incorrect products and any errors found once printing has commenced will incur a charge for reprinting. Please e-mail us with your approval or amendments as quickly as possible so we can continue with your order.

PAYMENT

  • Once you have approved the final proof, we will send over the invoice with our details on. We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal or cheques. We will send everything off to print once the payment has been made.

  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.

  • We can deliver your order to you free of charge if it is within a 15 mile radius of our studio in Emsworth.

  • We will inform you when we have posted your order. We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver our orders. Your order should be with you within 2 days of posting. We will include the price of delivery within your invoice.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Cancellation by the client after proofs have been approved will be subject to a charge of a portion or all of the remaining balance to cover labour and printing costs that may have been incurred.

  • In the rare instance that the order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund but will not receive any products or artwork.

  • Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrived damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised goods. 

PROMOTION

  • Daisy Dots reserves the right to include photos of final invitations and other designed goods in their portfolio including photos shared on social media. If you do not want photos of your stationery to be shared please do let us know.
