We spent the day at Chelsea Flower Show on Saturday. The weather was incredibly hot and there were so many people. It was a lovely day out and we had so much fun looking at all the different flowers on offer. The garden design aspect of the show also interested us; we love learning about how the designers made decisions about flower choice and the placement of each of the shrubs. It also amazes us how they transfer all the trees, plants and flowers to the show.. the organisation must be incredible!
Another highlight of a day was seeing the 'Freddie's Flowers' stand. We have followed their story for the past year now and we were so impressed. There was an opportunity to sign up to their flower delivery which we jumped at the chance! We will feature a blog post on our experience and will give you more information about the business.
We just love how many people attended the event to experience the different aspects of the show. It was good to see others who were just as crazy about flowers as we are. The beauty of flowers are often taken for granted and this showed us that people do care about nature.
